What is digital accessibility?
An accessible website allows anyone, including people with disabilities (visual, hearing, motor, cognitive), to access its content and features: keyboard navigation, compatibility with screen readers, sufficient contrast, and adaptable display.
Accessibility commitment
RUWAD ADVISORY is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible. This statement reflects a voluntary approach: as a small SASU, RUWAD ADVISORY does not fall within the mandatory scope of Article 47 of French law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005 (reserved for public bodies and companies with revenue in France exceeding €250 million), but nonetheless aims to work toward the requirements of the French accessibility reference framework (RGAA).
Compliance status
This website has not yet undergone a full RGAA audit by an external provider. As such, it cannot currently be declared compliant. An internal review identified the improvement points listed below, which will be addressed progressively.
Known non-accessible content
- The anti-corruption code of conduct PDF document has not been checked for compatibility with assistive technologies.
- Color contrast and keyboard navigation paths have not been systematically tested with a dedicated tool or specialized provider.
Content not subject to accessibility requirements
Third-party components integrated into the website (Google Fonts, Vercel hosting service) are not under the direct control of RUWAD ADVISORY and may fall outside this approach.
